I am originally from NE Ohio but have lived in Columbus for 17 years. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to heal people. However, after being pre-med at college for 3 years, traditional medicine was not going to be my path. I completed my Bachelors of Science degree in Natural Resources from The Ohio State University. After working for several years, I still felt the need to administer to people in some kind of medicinal way so I went back to school for Massage Therapy. I graduated with Honors from Columbus State Community College with an Associates of Applied Science degree and am a member of the honor society Phi Theta Kappa as well as the American Massage Therapy Association.

In our busy lives, relaxation is frequently overlooked or even frowned upon. We are pressured to do more, do it faster, work work work. I believe it's vital to our well-being to take time out for ourselves. Reset and recharge the mind, body, and spirit. Let the blood pressure come down and let the mind wander. Reducing stress is one of the best ways to improve your health!

60-minute massage: $60
90-minute massage: $90
120-minute massage: $120

Whether you would like light or heavy pressure, deep tissue, sports massage, or pregnancy massage, all massages are priced the same and will be tailored to your specific needs.
